Welcome to another Almanac Special Tin Relase coffee! This time a really interested, heavily fermented coffee produced by Edwin Norena! It is intense and aromatic, sweet cherries and strawberries throughout. Anaerobic fermented with Mosto added (previous fermentation bacteria) to amplify flavours!
