Santa Barbara is the name of the region this coffee was produced in, but it’s also the name of the  mountain range that stretches through this part of the country.  It’s rare that I am able to buy coffees from Honduras in general, as they tend to produce more  balanced coffees that don’t personally interest  me, but Santa Barbara is known for it’s expertise  and longevity in the field which shines in this coffee you have today. Filled with bright fruits and  fermenty flavours, I‘m sure you’ll love it too!
