About:
Buko is an Ethiopian coffee from the Guji Zone, a region known for producing coffees with vibrant acidity and expressive aromatics. Grown at high elevations by smallholder farmers, the coffee develops slowly, resulting in dense cherries and layered flavours. After harvest, the coffee is carefully processed and dried on raised beds to maintain clarity and balance. In the cup, Buko often shows bright citrus and berry notes, gentle florals, and a clean, tea-like body. It’s a lively but approachable coffee that highlights the distinct character Guji coffees are known for.
