Vergara Brothers is a Colombian coffee produced by the Vergara family, known for their meticulous approach to  cultivation and processing. Grown at high elevation in  nutrient-rich soils, the cherries develop slowly, building sweetness and clarity. The family’s focus on precision  and consistency is reflected in every stage of production, from careful picking to detailed processing. This lot is fully washed, a method that emphasises  cleanliness and structure in the cup. This is Almanac’s second year buying this coffee, it  always feels like a huge accomplishment bringing  back coffees and building relationships,  I hope you’re all excited to try it again!
