About:

Maria is the daughter of a coffee grower, she has been connected to coffee all her life. She has been producing specialty coffee for over 12 years and additionally worked for several years as a coffee quality analyst in the department of Cauca, where she developed cupping skills and acquired knowledge that lead her to focus on coffee production. Maria is one of 96 women who are part of the Huila Condor Project (which has coffees present in Almanac house blends) and was one of the first women in the region to obtain her certificate of coffee processing.
