Almanac and Jairo Arcila, name a more iconic duo!  I have been buying coffees from Jairo for over 5 years now, insane! Every year I taste his coffees I’m blown away by the clarity in red fruits and intense  sweetness. Genuinely one of the most consistent  producers I’ve bought from! This Microlot is 100% Pink Bourbon varietal, which is currently under research in order to determine  its origin. It is said that it is a mutation that took  place in San Adolfo, Huila.
