I have been buying coffee from Diofanor Ruiz for 7 years now, every single year without fail he brings me something tasty like this like microlot here! His coffees are consistent every harvest, which is rare for a producer. I always know what flavours to expect and I’m stoked to have built this relationship with him. It’s one of the most under rated parts of my job!  Usually I buy something heavily processed from  Diofanor, but this year I wanted to go with something a bit cleaner so we’re going with a straight natural, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
