The natural processing method used here not only enhances the coffee’s depth and body but also  highlights the unqiue terroir of the Huila region. Christian Campo Figueroa’s vision for his farms is to produce exceptional specialty coffee such as this rare Geisha varietal you have here. I recently established a connection with Good Morning Coffee, who are  responsible for importing this lot amongst another you’ll see shortly. Importers play a huge role in me being able to communicate with farmers and I’d like to highlight them more in the future.
