About:

Project One Light (POL) was founded in 2021 by Oline Cai, A Yunnan native with only 5 years of  experience in the specialty coffee and tea industry. The POL team consists of Q-graders and coffee  processing experts who prioritise the wellbeing of everyone in the coffee supply chain.  They emphasize careful management of the growing environment and strict quality control.   Despite  such little experience, this has to be one of the  most interesting and unique coffees I’ve ever tasted and super intrigued for their future!
