About:

Ombligon is a new rare varietal that currently only grows in Huila, Colombia. Many professionals believe it to be related to a heirloom Ethiopian varietal, but has many similar growing characteristics to Caturra, including wide leaves, cherries that grow close  together, high yields and branches that grow  vertically. It translates directly to “belly button”  in Spanish, which apparently comes from it’s unique appearance, although I personally struggle to see any similarities, maybe mine just looks weird!
